Answers: Ok, here is what I found that got this to work.
Make sure you are going to http://www.easportsworld.com (make SURE you put within the www). When you get to the crucial page, log into the site using the login in the upper right appendage corner, not the one that comes up in the middle of the blind. If you do that, you should be able to upload your photos no problem and not get hold of stuck where you hold been. I've be having impossible to tell apart issue and I found this 'fix' in the EA Sports Forums, and it worked for me close to a champ.
On a side note, the minumum recommeded pic size is 1024 x 768 or larger. The pics I newly uploaded are 2048 x 1536 and they worked with no issues. Each of my files be roughly 700KB in size.

EA has be having MAJOR problems near their servers and the Gameface feature for TW PGA Tour 08. It hasn't worked right since the winter sport was made available.
Some relatives have have SOME success uploading their picture by repeating the upload process over and over and over, and eventually they be able to upload their pictures. I've hear of people have to stop the upload and try uploading again as many as fifty (50) times earlier they were finally competent to get their pictures uploaded.
MY SUGGESTION:
Keep stopping the upload and hold trying it until you're able to completely upload your pics. Eventually, the upload progress will realize 100%.
Another thing that you obligation to know, is that your pics cannot be larger than 1024X768 pixels. Anything larger than that, and you won't be able to use the pictures you're trying to upload.

i tried my laptop for 4 days 50 -100 times a day and it didnt work. i consequently tried my girfriends pc once and it worked.
