If I remember correctly, this one splits up into small pieces and adjectives you have to do is zap respectively piece, to which it reduces it's robustness. Once in a while, the elebit will own an ice weir, but you can use your gun, pick up anything from the room and throw it at the barrier to break it.

The hardest cog of this battle is when they budge off and mask. You have to look everywhere for them, and that includes the rafter in the ceiling. Once you find them, keep zapping away. Good luck.
