(Xbox360's) NAT from moderate to plain.......?
Can you explain to me STEP by STEP what to do to resolve this problem. If you can't do that can you please give the cooperation the site that shows the phone number to the costumer support that "xbox" gives by the phone.

Well, you involve to remember that the "Status" can some times change on it's own due to issues next to your ISP or even XBL. I used XBL for over a year with no problems consequently a few months ago I was plagued by several days where on earth my status was other Moderate or Strict and I had trouble finding games to unite. XBL help will single make things worse. I tried getting instruction via e-mail and over the phone and the guy on the phone REFUSED to purely give me instructions to fix it and after an hour of pointless trouble shooting, that I have already done myself, he says my system is broken and I call for to pay to ship it out to them and pay packet $200 up front to fix it since I don't have a warranty because I bought it fresh off of eBay. Well, I call the guy and idiot and hung up on him. A couple days later it worked resembling it was supposed to beside no actual changes and have continued do work fine like it have for the nearly two years I have owned it. Now, if you own been experiencing this issue ever since you combined XBL then you may stipulation to adjust your Router's settings. I recommend giving it a few days since it could be something with XBL or your ISP but if it does not run away I would need to know what type of router you enjoy and then I can hand over you instructions on what to do. Since ever Router is different, I can give you these standard instructions. Open your browser and access your Routers settings through it's default IP Address and log within. The main item you want to make sure is enabled is "UPnP Forwarding" for my Linksys it is located surrounded by the Administration Tab and you just select "Enable" for it and it's sub category. Make sure your Xbox is turned off while you do this, collect all the settings for the Router and consequently test your settings on XBL.
