Does anyone know give or take a few shipment lose and the Wii Fit?
Answers: I enjoy lost weight on wii fit.
I started the first day it come out in may, and have lost 15lbs.
I could own lost more, but i was gone in the summer, and it made me suppose when I ate some thing, that it would ask me "and what made you gain weight this time"
so very soon my moms friend who has M.S. was told by her Physical Trainer, that she would spend $350 and a wii and wii fit, instead of the $1000 a month for her Physical training.
It works, too breed a story short. (and its cheaper then a Membership to a health club!)
Well worth it! and you capture the same work out you would with a form club.
E.g. Running, Aerobics, Yoga, Body Building, Balance. all the things you need.
also You can receive it work if you use it as a workout, not just a game.
I don't know give or take a few really using weight, but so far it seems to be worth the money. My own flesh and blood has had one for around four months and it's really fun. It has stuff for everybody. I like soccer and boxing. My sister like hula hoop and running. My mom likes the yoga. It keeps track of your bulk and asks you why you think you gained substance if it's more than a couple pounds and lets you set goals. It's also fun because it get everyone involved. When I go on it might say oh, your mom hasn't gone on surrounded by a while - encourage her to or something like that. Your score on the activities are compared with that of your kith and kin members'. I would say it's better than just going to a gym because of the hotchpotch and it's at home (no gas money needed!) and everyone in your family can do it. Nope doesn't work it's baisically another wii team game. Also you can just cheat on most of the excersises. Save your money and go to the gym or work out at home or contained by the park.
I read somewhere you can burn calories on it, and if you burn enough calories you can lose weight.. so I believe if you play it adequate you will lose some weight:)
