Playstation 3 does anyone know of any fully clad 7.1 surround nouns speakers for the ps3?
Answers: Martin: While you may get an answer here, and conceivably not, the best place to post PS3 questions for authoritative answers is the "Games & Gear-PlayStation" forum. That is where on earth all the PS2/3 experts and geeks swing out, and where the most interest surrounded by this type of question will be.
I don't know why 7.1 speaker choice would be any different for a PS3 than for any Blu-ray player. You can't power speakers in need a A/V receiver (unless you use self-powered computer speakers ... and across the world they are not going to give great sound).
So the request for information comes down to the usual ... what are your constraints and needs (budget, size nouns, application (music, movies, games), room size, amplifier/receiver, etc.). There will be lots of choices (particulalry since there is no compelling source to not use a 5.1 system and add 2 speakers of suitable aspect ... they don't have to match).
A interview though .. you do realize there is currently deeply liitle discrete (vs martix decoder created) 7.1 material out here. In fact you will own trouble finding much 6.1 material.
Anyway .. my suggestion is wish if you want a computer speaker type setup ($) ... in which defence look for reviews of suitable surround systems (Creative make some) ... or a serious 7.1 setup powered by an A/V addressee ... in which skin again read reviews for models in your budget extent, focussing on either 5.1 systems and plan to attach a couple of extra speakers for the rear channel ($$) or speakers that can be purchased separately if you really want a matched surround system ($$$).
I'm not going to suggest specific models since there are lots of reputable manufacturer and local availability, style, price, etc are all personal choices. Read reviews and listen if the nouns is important to you. Choose ones you similar to and can afford. Done!
