What can I do to acquire the best picture from my DivX movies?

They are usually low resolutions (664 x 268 ) , 700kbps , and when I hook them up to my HDTV the picture is not the sharpest , quite abundantly worse than DVD quality. What are some tools that I can use to increase the point , any pc upscaling software ?


Answers:    Convert them to DVD will remodel only marginally. better to achieve higher point Divx/AVI files.
