Is 30w plenty power for my speakers?

I recently purchased a Harmon/Kardon AVR-146 to power my Klipsch Quintet III speakers. These speakers can fiddle with 50W RMS (75W for center). My reciever outputs just 30W RMS. Is this adequate power?

The speakers have a 90.4dB sensitivity, and I hold really good speaker chain. If you need more info, simply let me know.

Thanks contained by advance!
