What is the Difference Between HD DVDs and Blu-Ray Discs?

Answers:    Agree with the first poster for watching films but Bluray have twice the data storage ability of HDDVD. If you're putting a burner in your PC, bring back the Bluray.

Also, Bluray has more content available (more movies) than HDDVD. It's in the region of 70% Bluray/30% HDDVD.

If you're looking to buy a player, you are going to be frustrated when the title you want is only available surrounded by the other format. This is why I own an LG player. It plays both Bluray and HDDVD. It costs a bit more, but I get to choose from 100% of available content. :)
who make money when you buy them. They're basically duplicate quality, but different formats, so they're incompatible next to each other.
