i already have a dvd player, but i wondered if it be worth buying a dvd player that upscales. is there a big difference to the picture level and black levels? is it really worth it?

Answers:    It wont make much of difference. It does be paid the image a bit sharper... but the extra cost isn't right if you already have a DVD player.
Of course it will net a difference if you get a characteristic piece of equipment. The link below is for a great piece of equipment straight from the factory.

And then, if you decide to bring more fancy you can have it modified for even better results. I hold one that I use for my clients to compare with BlueRay and HD DVD. They've adjectives bought the Oppo even though my mod cost me over $1000. Cheaper than replacing all the DVDs they own...
it will breed no difference becuase your tv is already hd so it is being upscaled already accumulate your money for the real operate hd
