Does any one no anything going on for coolsat 6100 .. iam within desperate involve of some backing!?

i need extreme give support to here, MY landlord baught us this cool sit 6100. he set it up for us! and it was working great! and afterwards all the channel went black and enunciate scrambled channle, i have a emotion i need to re prgram it , however he is saying of late to move around the dish.. that is NOT working.. cn any one please sustain me! please help me! contained by the most none technical english possible, so i can undersatnd step by step to how to travel about this! any sites, or info, or support would be great! thank you! :)


Answers:    yes you do have to reprogram beside the latest coolsat autoroll report, you can do a search for any forum typically they require a subscription but powerfully worth it and they are pretty cheap, find the file, rescue it, extract file,convey it to a flash drive (usb) , turn rec. on do a factory reset on settings DONT AUTO DETECT, plug in flash eyeshade pops up select the file and nouns then do another factory reset and select YES DO AUTO DETECT, follow prompts skulk till it finishes it goes to passageway 100 wait going on for 15 min. and watch tv, till the subsequent hash...
Asking the same ask over and over again is pointless.
