VHS cartridge not reading, sustain please!?
Any backing would be appreciated! Thanks!
Answers: That is the exact symptom of clogged video heads. Audio should still play if your video head are clogged. Do you hear sound?
If not, it's broken. Might be a loading belt. Do you enjoy young kids around? Might be a toy stuck inside. You can run the cover off and nouns the tape. That bearing you can see if a foriegn object is inside and it will donate you a pretty good panorama of what's happening. If the video loads up to the spinning video head, something more serious is wrong and you'll probably want to replace it.
How long ago did you verbs your player's head(s)? It could be that you need to pop a cleaning video in here and that could "clear up" the problem (pun intended)... but if you are not even hearing somewhat whirring nouns to indicate that the tape is playing, after you may have a broken drive belt! Does a friend hold a VCR? Try it on his/her machine and see if it works. If you don't see anything even after, you have accidentally erased or otherwise somehow de-magnetized the video... hope this addresses your problem?
