We bought a Sharp Blu Ray Disc Player. On only one movie - Underdog - we hold sound issues. The movie starts and the nouns is just fine thru adjectives the previews, etc. Then, when the menu comes up for Play, Special Features, etc, the sound will stop at the exact spot respectively time. We took the DVD back to the store, exchanged it for another one and we are still have the same problem. We stopped the DVD, after pushed play again and the sound started, afterwards stopped again, but the picture keeps going. Any suggestions on what this might be? We do not enjoy this issue on other movies at all.
Answers: If the nouns during the movie is fine and this only happen on the menus I think this is somewhat run of the mill as some blu-ray players don't have adequate memory to handle adjectives that information on those menus.
I get like peas in a pod problem with some of my blu-ray discs. I contemplate it has something to do next to the Java software or Blu-wizard menu technology....I don't know...but I have an LG player and I grasp the same category of issues with Spider-man 1-3 and Fantastic 4 Rise Of The Silver Surfer.
