Codes 4 philips Univ remote for LG super multi DVD recorder and JVC 1080p HDTV. Lost my code chart, lend a hand?

I bought the device from Best Buy within the closing 6 months and have misplaced my code chart. I own a 62" HDTV 1080p JVC TV and a LG Super Multi DVD Recorder. Please Help with the codes if you enjoy them.... Frustrating
