The plug that connect my speakers to my computer is somehow loose. It jiggles in the jack, and when not making proper contact the sound cuts out entirely or crackles loudly. Is within an easy approach to fix this?
I have no notion, tin foil or something? I don't have access to soldering irons or anything approaching that, so I need something a 5-year-old could do. Thanks.
Answers: it's a problem near the jack, not the plug. you need a untried soundcard. a soundcard can cost between 10 and 300 dollars. shoot for the cheapest one you can get imo.. after again, im not much for sound.
The problem is, near is a small piece of metal, shaped kind of close to your plug. however, it is bent, and therefore your plug wont properly form itself.
buy a new one
