Answers:    Any authorized monster retailer will hold a specific process to make a claim. I suggest you contact monster thru their customer service dept.

I would not shift to Circuit city, go to another monster retailer within your area. Circuit City and Best Buy enjoy a nasty infatuation of messing up the claim.
