Answers:    I have hear great things about Onkyo's HT-SR800. A dutiful friend who works with lots of high-ranking end AV equipment recommended it to me. I enjoy read lots of reviews and I think he is steering me within the right direction. Check it out at circuit city. They have the silver altered copy for $429.99 and the black for $449.99. (It doesn't have a built-in DVD player but I reckon that is a plus...)
How in the region of a Blue Ray or a Playstation3. I would prefer Playstation3 because you can play games on it, high resolution and graphics and can play CD's, DVD's, and Blue Rays and it merely cost some where contained by $150
Well I am not sure if you mean a home-theatre-in-a-box where on earth everything is included? if so you are better off to to capture seperate components because if the receiver's built-in dvd player needs fixing you're also out of a nouns system and most all-in-one systems are very picky just about what speakers you hook up to them...most will only nouns best with the speakers that come beside it.

Other than Onkyo, Yamaha makes flawless receivers, they also brand name decent speakers if you want everything to clash your receiver. Don't know if they enjoy wireless speakers though.
I own an onkyo system 7.1 channel surround, undeniably awesome. paid $575 but substandard model was $100 cheaper. No wireless speakers but you can purchase a wireless transmitter and reciever for the reverse channel speakers.
Hi. If you buy the amplifier and speakers separately you will own a better sound and more flexibility than buying a theater within a box. Have a look at the links .This is only $49 over your budget, but it is worth it.

The ONKYO TX-SR505 B next to HDMI and 1080P is only $250.

Onkyo and Energy have some amazing HTIB systems. BTW, even though rear wireless speakers nouns like a accurate option and may be cleaner looking and simpler to install- they reasonably literally suck. Stick to seperates- you will appreciate them more in the long run. Good luck, elated listening!
