My surround sounds make a giant pitch humming pandemonium?

It only does this when I hold it set on certain settings. when im watching tv its fine, but when my playstation 3 is on and im playing games or watching a blu sunbeam dvd the high pitch humming newly ruins it. All the wires are connected right ive double checked. Should I have a professional installer come look at it you judge?

If its only coming from one source (and even if it isn't) first try running the audio surrounded by to your receiver next to an OPTICAL digital audio interconnect. There is no metal on these, so it might isolate your interference, and a possible cause of the anomaly.

If once you're on optical audio and it still happen, then its the PS3, and its time to repair or replace.

Sounds to me resembling a bad cable... Or maybe you have two cable crossing, which may cause that.
