Red/White Volume Control?

Is there a product that you can plug RCA (red/white) cable into, that allows you to remotely control volume? My stereo system is old and dosn't support remote controls.

Thanks

Answers:    Generally - no. The volume control is done by the amp. You dont want to drain the line-level signals (on the red/white cables) because you will trash the signal.
