Connect Home Cinema To Pc i hold a X-Fi Card?

hello friends
i just considered necessary to know how i could connect my pc to my home cinema system, as i similar to to watch movies i gain on the big screen downstairs :P, at the moment i connect it using a lead that is red and black on one side and that go in to the "Tape" plug and next that wire turns to a single team leader and i connect it in to the earpiece port, this works but it only get the front two working

i have 5.1 speakers for my workstation and these work when i watch a motion picture so can i connect it to get 5.1 speakers, i enjoy an X-FI XTreme Gamers Card and it has 3ports green. blacky grey and red.
