Ok--I bought a new tv--I own an RCA rt2500 sound system-dish tv and an emerson dvd/vhs recorder--problem--When I put within a dvd--I get sound--but no picture--If I hook the dvd player up to the front holes n the tv--I capture audio and video---I know there is some simple point I am doing wrong--Please elp--this is driving me CRAZY--I could ust leave it hooked up to the front--but afterwards it wouldn't be playing through the sound system--I necessitate an EASY explanation as of what I need to change---Thanks!! I hold been switching wires ALL morning----

Ok, go through the menu on your TV and in attendance should be a section for auxiliary input. You are gonna want to select the one that correlates to the flipside auxiliary inputs.
