Is bigger subwoofers dwindle the fidelity of the music?

I am a music lover and planned to purchase a good speaker for my notebook.I want strong bass that must. But i noticed that sometimes bigger bass dominate something else within music.
What was an just the thing power for subwoofer for home use.

Answers:    It's not a question of power ... but set off. Ideally subwoofers should handle the bass report (e.g. below 80Hz) and the regular speakers the rest (e.g. > 80Hz).

Many powered subwoofers have a nouns block (like the speaker outputs on an amplifier) on the back or bottom that provide connections to allow you to nurture the amplifier/receiver to the subwoofer and then pilfer a separate wire to respectively front/stereo speaker (which are no longer fed from the biggest amplifier/receiver). This works by using a crossover in the subwoofer box that separates and feed the low frequencies -- controlled by a volume control and a variable frequency control -- to the subwoofer speaker, and feed the mid and high frequencies out to the front/stereo speakers.

By adjust the volume of the subwoofer and the frequency range it reproduces you can harmonize the bass with the mids and high on the main speakers (which are not reproducing low bass any more).

Another approach: Higher appendage modern amps/receivers often enjoy computer circuits built in, which beside a microphone, are used to balance nouns for surround speakers and control a subwoofer directly connected to the amp.

Either approach can give accurate sound. The clandestine is to not layer bass resting on bass and overwhelm the mids and treble.

See the link for a picture of one connection/control panel setup ... near text to describe what things do. Your's won't be alike, but it may help.

Hope this adjectives helps.
First start rotten with really devout satellite speakers, then buy a sub that have a volume control on it. U should be able to adjust the bass exactly how u resembling it. U should get at smallest a 8" sub.
