How do I find my issue conquer top supervision of Pioneer Electronics? Repair of my Pioneer AV rcvr is too long!?

I brought my Pioneer AV receiver to a Pioneer Service center within Santa Rosa City, Laguna. It took them 2 weeks just to contribute me the estimate and was told it will lug one and a halp month to get it repaired because the parts needed would own to be ordered from Japan. I offered to pay second charges, or pay for the exclusive shipment of the parts via DHL or FEDEX, basically speed up the ordering of the parts but they told me that Pioneer Japan did not agree near my proposal. I am really frustrated with the aftersales Pioneer is extending to it's customers.


Answers:    Unfortunately, Pioneer doesn't safekeeping what happens to your equipment. Your choices own been narrowed down to: Wait, or buy another addressee.

I suggest avoiding Pioneer if you buy again. And if you don't want to spend top dollar, then buy a apposite used Yamaha, Onkyo, NAD, Harman Kardon, Marantz. Avoid brands of AV receivers approaching Sony, Technics, Pioneer, Emerson.

The other way to attain your issue raised to high management is to hold on to calling and ask for a supervisor, and then ask for their supervisor. You can also run straight to the top and talk to the President's secretary, they might assist you out. You choose a good product but beside bad service for your location. You live within the Philippines. And Pioneer is not setup their as they are in plentiful other parts of the world. Your best bet is to buy a brand that is service locally. Pioneer is only not the brand for you and where you live.

Try Onkyo, Harman Kardon, or Sony. They seem to be to be setup for repair a little better than Pioneer is.

Then when you do catch the pioneer back. Sell it or use it within another room.
