Every now and afterwards a weird static starts on my system. I own my TurtlBeach card running an optical cable to my receiver and adjectives of a sudden static will play with the music, or any nouns emmitted from the PC. I have to restart for it to stir away, then it will come stern without stipulation a few days later.

The static is cell phone recepiton. If you enjoy your phone near by move it away from the speakers. Try not to use your phone in the neighbourhood a speaker.
