Is at hand such point as an HDMI to Composite Adapter?

I have a unknown Dell M1330 with HDMI out, and would approaching to connect it to my Pioneer AV receiver, but the addressee only have composite and RCA inputs. I've found Composite to HDMI adapters, but not the reverse. Will they work in reverse, and except, how can I best stream video out of my laptop to my TV?

Answers:    I suspect you mean Component (not composite). The latter should be no problem from HDMI (since composite is not HD) or you could do VGA>>composite or S-video.

The interconnect below is to an HDMi>> component converter ... BUT note the device is "HDCP compliant: When input is HDCP encrypted (protected) the component/RGB out will be turned past its sell-by date."

This (probably) isn't a problem for your computer source, but if concerned check with the company until that time buying.
Composite is analog. HDMI is digital. They don't communicate. SO the answer is no. Is there a different video out on the Dell?
