To do this with cable and switchgear would be a nightmare so I would suggest that you look into obtaining a Multi (16) canal RF modulator/transmitter which would re broadcast the 16 receiver outputs respectively on a given frequency. Having done this, you will then be capable of tune in your TV channel on the 35 receivers using their inbuilt tuners.
