Can I hook up a VCR so you I own audio from TV OR audio heir?

Hi-I have a VCR that I would resembling to hook up to my TV and surround sound (audio receiver). I would similar to the option of watching a movie through the TV solitary OR watching the movie through the TV with the audio coming from surround nouns. Can this be done? Thank you for your help!


Answers:    You can newly hook up your VCR to the receiver and run a tape-out from your beneficiary to the TV. Receiver would still have to be powered up, but you could keep hold of the volume turned down to use only the TV speakers.

Some receiver even have a special audio out for ratification through audio to the TV. Any tape-out will work just fine though. Same entry...

Otherwise, you could use Y-adapters to send the audio from the VCR to the TV and the beneficiary. Usually some loss of audio quality when using Y-adapters or splitters.
