Need information to purchase amplifier!?

I recently received a set of two of Mitsubishi speakers, model ss-150 along with a two of a kind of "Jamo Cornet 70 IV".
I am wondering what kind of amplifier should i buy to return with the best out of these speakers (of course, good ability with smaller amount money would be nice!).
I would love to receive some options or I don`t know a brief guide to select the right one. Thanks!


Answers:    Generally you want a AV receiver. These devices include an amp, but do a LOT of other things:

- DD5.1 decode
- Switching
- AM/FM tuner
- Video switching
- etc.

So look for an AV receiver. Yamaha make some nice ones about $500 beside a ton of features. Since these are so heavy, I suggest you run out to CircuitCity, BestBuy, etc to see them and buy them local.
Hi. Are you going to use the four speakers together ? If so, within what configuration will they be used ?

EDIT....Do you want a Surround Sound Receiver for audio only ?
