HDMI cable cross-examine?

i bought a hdmi cable that just say -.... high definition....1080p....
what almost the version 1.3? are adjectives cables duplicate? is the 1.3 thing solitary related to the hdmi ports on the tv, receiver etc? or are 1.3 hdmi cable available ?

Answers:    At this point, most video sources only support HDMI 1.2. I own seen TVs that support HDMI 1.3. Obviously, you stipulation both source and display support to take authority of HDMI 1.3 features, such as more color space, more bandwidth.

HDMI 1.2 and 1.3 both support 1080p, so I would not worry roughly this. I would be more concerned is whether you have a standard or large speed HDMI cable. Standard HDMI cables are one and only rated up to 1080i, where on earth high speed HDMI will work at 1080p and even 1600p.

Right immediately, you can find HDMI 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 cables. You lately need to be more aware of what you buy. I enjoy a 720p TV that doesn't support 1080p, so I could buy any HDMI cable and it wouldn't affect me.
