this guy and his son keep calling my house within the middle of the night at 3 or 4am proverb nasty things roughly my mom and trying to scare us by threatening us and unfolding us his gang name or some kindof crap. this guy know my family by first signature and where they work we're give or take a few to call the cops but instead insult him and curse at him. but at this point it have gone waay past prank call upon

Answers: File a complaint with the police. If you are really that fearful, within should be nothing stopping you from doing anything it takes for him to stop. He has to be some sort of loser to enjoy time to call someone every darkness religiously. Block his number, file a complaint, and cart him to court if need be.
