Answers: harmlessly "decorating" someone's house, trees & yard using numerous rolls of toilet treatise everywhere. this activity is expected as a prank & usually done late at darkness, and carefully, while everyone is sleeping lead to you can get contained by trouble since technically it's vandalism. some people purloin it too far though & use stuff (shaving cream, etc) along with the TP that certainly damages stuff....yikes.
