When I call this friend of mine, his phone rings give or take a few four or five times and then clicks as though someone have picked up, but then it clicks again and after a minute or two, will start beep at me like someone hung up or the stripe is busy. It's very strange, and I be wondering if anyone who knew anything give or take a few phones could tell me why my friend's phone is doing this. I'm pretty sure it's a house phone.
