Answers:    Most all the newer phones use the contemporary technology of Nickel Metal Hydride or Lithium Ion type batteries. These do NOT develop a 'memory', so they can be disappeared on or off the charger at any time. The elder type 'NiCad' batteries be the ones that needed to be discharged fully, or they would develop a memory problem. So...If your phone is fairly investigational, don't worry nearly too much charging, or having to run down the battery!!
