Answers: Calling american phone whether fix or mobile will cost one and the same. I am not sure how much it will be from the UK. Go onto the website of your fixline phone company and it should say. (i'm from the us i don't know what comany you enjoy sorry) I know its a very resonable price you'll be surprised. I know from spain its 5-10 euro cents/min. so its cheap.!!
