Answers:    You dial and code then you enter the headset number that you want your calls to stir to(it only works from your home phone) as far as the billing go it's charged to the person that have the calls forward.I construe the only means of access you would get charged is if the call go to your cell phone. If it's estate line to manor line you are not charged.
