I thought it was a one rotten. I had probs near the reception on sky due to trees. The dish was fitted surrounded by winter when there be no leaves on the trees. Anyway after four months, 6 engineers later & a note to Rupurt Mudoch, whos department sorted the problem out the following day, the dish be finally fitted on the chimmey. Now I have reception. Farther surrounded by law be on bt broadband. Switched to sky two months ago. Still can not access his E/Mails. Rang tech support who at first seemed competent to deal beside the problem. promised to ring back never did. After several more phone call they have not sorted the problem. Even though BT be dearer my farther in ruling wishes he had never vanished BT. The service was alot better. Sky is great if it works first time. IT appears to me if you own any probs or issues Sky does not deliever.
Answers: Sky are poor with customer relations, as masses have found, a site here deal with various problems .... take a look.
