Answers: Call your phone provider. There is probably an error somewhere in the hail as forwarding number. Meaning the incoming calls are self routed to a different mailbox from the one you are checking. I don't know who your carrier is, but you stipulation to contact their repair department and have them check to brand sure the correct number is programmed for your voice mail.
