Annoying phone call?

I am getting annoying calls from 646-216-0199. When I call for its disconnected. The number is calling several times. The number appears on my phone bill and does not appear on my caller ID. Can anyone facilitate?

but *77 is lone good for ppl who use *67 to call for your house, otherwise get yourself a callerID coordinator!
