Looking an international phone card ..the BEST?

Here's what I'm looking. I've searched through adjectives past phone card question, and have found different answers. I'm looking for an International calling card, near toll free access numbers. I realize toll free fees are higher, but adjectives my local access numbers are long distance ANYWAY, so might as well use toll free's. I'll be calling from North Carolina to Australia. Trying to find a card minus a maintenance tax, whether you use the card or not! Does anyone have any experience next to them and can recommend a certain card that fits what I'm looking for? Thanks!

This is the only phone card interconnect you will ever need. Make sure you select toll free and no conservation fee. Cards minus maintenance fees are normally much more expensive though.

the emerald plan. have no Maintenance Fee, you can call a landscape line and a cell phone, you can hold a pin and pinless dilling for 6 phones, customer service 24/7 and of course toll free access number. but the toll free have 1c extra if you use it. maybe you can find a local number for you. I don`t know they have one i.e. not long distance for you. Enjoy! :)
I am sorry, I don't have a suggestion for a calling card.
