Why can't I receive incoming call?. What's the problem?
Answers: Sounds similar to a switching issue with the company. If you own had this service for smaller number than 24 hrs., I would give it a short time more time. Otherwise, if the problem has persist, and the install is not new, nickname the company. They have dropped the globe somewhere. Also.....if some prefixes can get through while others can't....cause a note of the prefixes that are have the trouble. This will help the tech you speak to.
dial 1-866-my-ani-is and verify that the number read posterior to you is your number... sometimes when porting a number from one carrier to another (especially near VoIP) the number is not ported right away and you are given a new number, or a temp number until the number is ported
