I need to escalate a complaint about services provided by Suddenlink Communications, regarding an issue beside their phone service. I live in TX. Are they regulated by the PUC..?? I own filed a BBB complaint and they hold not responded within their allowed time, and this is the second one I enjoy filed and they own taken no action. Who do I turn to next..?
Answers: phone, cable, electric, gas are adjectives regulated by the PUC or PSC in your nouns... they will mediate troubles with utility companys, however you must attempt to contact and resolve the issue yourself first, and may be required to provide date, times and people who you spoke next to, and what if anything was done to resolve your issue..
same as PUC, but you also can report a complain with the FCC and FTC....
