An Avaya ACS Processor Release 7, an Avaya PC voicemail card and an Avaya ASA/DXD card. When individuals call and the splash is busy, there is music when they are on hold. We own 5 incoming phone lines, 7 phones connected and 4 different operators who work on different days to answer adjectives calls.
What we want to do is:
We want to know how to route our calls. When ancestors call us on any of our lines we would resembling them to hear a message that says:
"To calendar an appt. please press 1"
"To verify a patient please press 2"
"For adjectives other inquires please press 3"
When the caller presses "1" we would resembling for them to be placed on hold for anyone to answer. When the caller presses "2" we would approaching for them to hear a short message then be placed on hold for anyone to answer. When the call presses 3 we would like for them to be placed on hold for anyone to answer.
