So I changed my computer from one room to another, and now I hold this problem. When I plug the modem into the phone jack, my DSL light wont table lamp up. But when I plug my phone into it, I can make call and everything. Bell, my ISP charges 99$ just to distribute the technician over here to see whats going on... any tips?? I had to transformation the computer to another room because we need that room for our newborn.
Answers: The only entity I can think of, where on earth are your filters.? Your DSL must be on a 'clean' flash with NO filter.!! Your phone should be plugged into a jack near a filter.!! Maybe your installer put a filter somewhere else that is affecting those jacks.!!
use a double wired filter...
