What is it beside bt?

twice in as masses months ive had a memorandum from them asking me to make call with them again, as far as i know i havent moved out bt at any time, is this just a bog standard reminder sent out to all their customers? i did ring after i received the first letter but as the appointment went to an indian nickname centre and neither of us (the ring up centre worker or myself) know what the hell the other was on almost, i thanked him for his time and i hung up, still none the wiser.


Answers:    Its great isn't it Maria; we live surrounded by this World where everything must shift; we are told this is to improve things, but to be precise just 'spin', it's done to try and grasp the absolute maximum amount of profit out of the blatant minimum amount of effort.....licence to print money.

The bigger the Company the worse the problem; but one article that they ALL have surrounded by common is that they faithfully don't give a toss roughly speaking their customers!

I think they hold forgotten where the money comes from!

So used to loosing customers are BT that they even communication the ones that they aren't yet loosing!!

The singular thing that keep them in business is that the competition is no better and sometimes alot worse! So much for competition!
Ha HA.... know what u anticipate bout call meeting point.. I with BT but not have any letter resembling that yet
