Whats the best broardband pack to achieve for someone who have a house next to no arrive column, & isnt surrounded by a cable nouns
Answers: within is only 3 other picking is wifi or fibre optic cable! and/or satellite, which is only just too expensive!
Options
1) Wifi. If you can receive your neighbour's wifi signal. Offer a contribution towards their broadband costs. If they don't have wifi beside their broadband, buy them an AP (you can get them for a tenner nowadays).
2) Some mobile networks volunteer HSDPA. Almost as good as broadband and probably priced. Also, you will be able to use it away from home too. They do enjoy a download limit, but unless you really step over the top, they don't apply it. It's supposed to be used for mobile phones, but you can easily connect it up to your laptop.
3) Satellite. If you don't want to fork out for a landline, you're hardly possible to want to pay for satellite equpment.
4). Microwave. Some companies are starting to volunteer a wifi service linked by microwave (but I don't know any companies that do this within the UK). The idea is extremely clever. They install wifi access points all over the place, which are connected to each other using microwave aerials on the rooftop. People who contribute their rooftops get broadband free.
5) Wimax. Starting to roll out as a larger wifi service contained by the US, but again I don't know of anyone doing it in the UK. There probably soon will be.
