BT Phone string surrounded by a Flat?

Okay, my address is 28 1F2, but BT have me registered at 28. Obviously, 28 is the Building, and it looks approaching they have me registered at the building, but in actuality, I stay at 28 1F2. My phone line get connected this morning, and when I phone it from my mobile, I can hear a ring on my mobile, but no ring coming from the landline (which is connected). I cannot also ring out from the landline, and by the looks of it, it doesnt seem connected at adjectives through BT. Could this problem simply be that BT have not registered the correct strip?
