Deposit not refunded even after yrs of surrendering the BSNL fone?

I have surrendered my BSNL landline phone before 5-6 yrs back, have those details, surrendered the instrument too. How can i claim for the refund again, should i lodge a complaint in consumer courts or . Help?
Answer: send a strong email to top most guy in telecom sector of u r area and send a copy to minister of telecomunication and central minister of telecom, u wil see the result very shortly
How can I block a specific phone..
don't know who BSNL is--- but if this in the US & you have tried at least 2 times & you are within contractual rights, then you need to call the PSC for your local area
What country has the country code +44?
Friend I am the person who knows how to deal with lazy,rude& evasive BSNL officials.
Just send FAX to your circle's CGMT (MY telecom circle is Bhopal) and other FAX to New Delhi. They will respond u within 1 month. If u find any difficulty, plz mail me.
