How to stop telemarketers' call near concealed sightseer ID's?

I joined the do-not-call inventory and I used to be able to report on the donotcall.gov website. But immediately the ugly marketing companies can secrete their caller ID's. When I pick up the phone it's a record marketing message. I know there are dependable machines that can detect non-human calls, but would the machines peak out those automatic calls from doctor organization or library as well?

the trick those telemarketeer use is vitural phone number, every week or so anothere callerID spoofiin number....it drive me nuts....very well, I put the kibosh, on them!!

to block "private" call you just inevitability to activate ACR by dialing *77 but some restricted numbers such as payphones may still come thru..

adjectives callers who hold there number blocked will own to dial *82 to unblock nearby number before calling you
