Vonage V-Phone?

It isn't working. I pop it in and a blind telling me to hang around pops up but then disappears and nought happens. The program is running, but the keypad doesn't show up. This is the second device I hold (exchanged for the first, which did the exact same thing).


Answers:    This product works very well--but not next to existing headset. Get a good headset and it make an incredible difference. I go put money on and forth between my Vonage home phone and the jump drive adjectives the time and only income for one line. The trick is to 'toggle'and use simply one line at a time. After you log into your vonage.com picture and install the new device, step to 'Add-ons' and then 'Move a Number.' I enjoy been using this product for several months and it have worked in the US and out of the country quite frequently.Vonage would close to for you to think that you must own two numbers, but it is not necessary.

We looked-for to get the V-Phone to use on vacation using our laptop, but found out after purchasing it, that we have to buy an additonal number to use the Vonage V-Phone.

So unless you are using your laptop for your fundamental account instead of your PC, the V-Phone will cost you a monthly duty.
Are you using Windows VISTA?
If so, Vonage acknowledges that here is a compatibility problem with VISTA and the V-Phone.
V-Phone requirement to run in Windows-XP Compatibility Mode.
