Answers:    in attendance is only one sure approach to do it......with a callerID chief!!

* Block anonymous numbers — lets you resolve whether anonymous/unidentified, out of area, blocked, or private call may ring your phone. Choose between allowing a message or ignoring beside no answer.
* Invite or exclude callers — allows you to hastily create a list of “Invited” caller who may ring your phone or “Excluded” callers who may any be ignored lacking answering or directed to your voice mail or answering device, using the hail as history or by telephone keypad.
* Huge database — blocks up to 175 numbers, nouns codes, or prefixes.

The caller ID chief gives you complete control of your incoming call.

Unidentified, anonymous, out of area, blocked and private call are not allowed to ring your phone. You can choose between sending a message or forget about with no answer.

Caution: If someone's calling by payphone, this could grounds a problem (my personal experience).

a call self manager will do the profession.. but let me ask you one sound out? when did you put your name on the do not call for list? the account only later for 5 years, and the first bunch of people who signed up when it first started enjoy been removed from the index and need to re-register nearby number.. also, the telemarketers have 30 days to update in that call facts bases, so if you registered over 5 years ago, re-register, if it have been smaller quantity then 30 days you are going to enjoy to wait for the full 30 days..

you can report a complaint with the bbb if they verbs to call, but collections call, calls near companies you have done business near (that guy in radio shack that asked for your phone number is simply one example) charitys, and polititians are all exempted from the do not christen list...
