Anyone no why i can cause call beside a bt hub phone but cant recieve any?

im a novice at this so no methodical answersjust laymans terms please first. used to be able to hold done a system restore but no joy what is the problem thankfulness


Answers:    Unplug the hub from the electric mains socket for two minutes.
Plug it vertebrae in and when the lights settle down your hub phone will be subsidise to normal.
I don`t know noone is calling
